Abstract

Food is the necessary substance for everyone. The production of food is very important and has to be controlled. The poor quality of food product is not uncommon and becomes the present public health countries. In developing countries such as those countries in Indochina, the poor quality of food product is common. Here, the authors present and discuss on some interesting case of poor quality of food product seen in Indochina.
