There can be two conditions regarding vitamin D level in body, it can either get high or low. Hypovitaminosis D is more common among elderly women than men. So, for the recent studies prevalence of vitamin D deficiency was checked in women from random age group. Phylogenetic tree was constructed for the diversity linkages analysis of sequences used in the research and it revealed that the sequences showed great homology with the other species which is checked by boot strap method. Using docking tools the interactions between the vitamin D receptor protein and its ligand were also checked for the discovery of effective drug for the control of vitamin D deficiency on the genetic level. The research finding revealed that hypovitaminosis D is more prevalent in women because of the gestational complexities and poor nutritional count of the body. Previously the condition of vitamin D deficiency has been treated with vitamin D supplements and other medication but as per it’s concluded that this is not the permanent solution of the problem. </p>
