FLOATING LIBRARY ON RAFT: INTERESTING KIND OF LIBRARY EXISTED IN INDOCHINA

Abstract

Library is a specific place collecting book. It is usually a referencing academic center for general population. Sometimes, the library has to be adapted to serve with the remote community. The raft community is an interest community seen in many areas of Indochina. Due to the limitation of assessment by land transportation. The mobile library locating on the raft is constructed. This kind of library is usually a small but acts as the academic center for the local raft community.
